Friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. The gent at breakfast buffet always engaged us each morning and tried to give us helpful ideas for things to do/places to see - he said his wife worked at the cable car attraction when I mentioned going there. Spacious room with gorgeous wood furniture. Lovely outside shower. Location was great; they share a driveway with Amarin so there's always a steady supply of Grabs to take you anywhere. Lots of restaurants and a laundromat and convenience stores within a short 3min walk when you exit the driveway and turn left. I had a fantastic shampoo at the massage place; best head massage ever! Breakfast was decent, not everything was the same every day.

Not many guests there (April 23), so the place was very calm and quiet. Buffet breakfast, it'd be even better with more cheese and not so sweet fresh juice (added sugar?) and without ice (everyone can add it by themselves). Very friendly and English speaking staff. Free airport shuttle offered automatically by the receptionist!

A big thank you for the staff, always happy, smiling and going the extra mile. - they made sure my food was free from the things I'm allergic to - they ordered me Italian coffee from outside the resort - they gave me a flower at international women's day Breakfast was good, all the other food I had equally good. Small nice resort, good to chill at the pool and look at the beach

The room was spacious and the bed was huge. It was very clean there. Big variety of meals for breakfast (even though not all of them taste great and the vegetarian menu is rather limited). The hotel beach looks small, but there seemed to be enough places for everyone. The shower in our room started to leak, but we quickly got another room, so in the end it was no problem. Lots of restaurants are in walking distance. It takes just 10-15 minutes to get there from the airport.

We simply loved this place and for that reason we extended our stay for another two nights. We really liked super nice staff - shuttle bus driver, receptionists and all waitress and waiters. The place has also great restaurant with super tasty food and drinks. We loved the location and private beach and swimming pool. Free shuttle bus was just an extra bonus.

Excellent value for money. This is my third time to Phú Quốc and this resort was by far the best I've stayed at. The airport shuttle was quick and efficient. The resort is conveniently located on the west side of the island, making for dramatic sunsets. Reasonably priced minibar menu. Happy hour 3 for 2 cocktails. The resort is tastefully decorated. Bed are exceptionally comfortable. Wide selection of buffet items at breakfast time. Friendly, conscientious and attentive staff.
